GRILLED MANGO WHIT BALSAMIC GLAZE Lorena Pedraza Reynodls

Ingredientes:
Serves 4
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. ground hot chili, such as chipotle or cayenne
1/4 tsp. salt
2 ripe mangos, peeled, cut into 1″ thick slices
 
Procedimiento:
In a small saucepan over high heat, boil vinegar for five minutes to reduce by half. Stir in olive oil, chili and salt. Let cool.
Soak the mango in the marinade for two hours or overnight. Heat grill to medium-high. Grill the mango in batches on lightly oiled grill rack, turning once, until browned and slightly softened, about five minutes total. Drizzle with remaining balsamic glaze.
