LOBSTER BISQUE (BISQUE DE LANGOSTA)

Les voy a compartir 3 recetas han sido un éxito en mi familia espero que a Uds. también les gusten. Disculpen son en ingles.
 
Ingredientes:
Lobster Bisque
4 servings
…3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4cup)
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth yo lo hago pero también se puede comprar
11/4 cups chopped fresh or frozen (thawed) lobster (about 12oz)  el paquete de 2 lo consigo en Sams.
 
1. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Cook onion in butter, stirring occasionaly, until tender.
Stir in flour, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly
remove from heat.
2. Stir in milk and broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in lobster. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 3 minutes, stirring frequently until lobster is white.
